Sesame Street Characters Pop Top Cake Kit

This decoration consists of 4 thin non-edible plastic toppers in full color of Big Bird, Elmo, Oscar and Cookie Monster, They are shown on a quarter sheets cake. Actual size of each face is approx. 3 inches. It is not flat but a puffed raised design the manufacturer calls a POP TOP as it appears to pop up out of the cake.
