Hello Kitty Pop Top Cake Kit

This decoration is a thin non-edible plastic topper in full color of 4 characters: Hello Kitty, Chocolat, My Melody and Keroppi. They are not flat but a puffed raised design the manufacturer calls a POP TOP as it appears to pop up out of the cake.
